Become a member of AILA. They are a valuable resource for your clients when you need information, advice or counsel. Their message boards are great resources to share information, you can become a subscriber to AILALink, Annual Conferences are excellent sources of education and their local groups act as liaisons with USCIS/ICE/CBP/EOIR.

The mission of the Immigrant Legal Resource Center (ILRC) is to work with and educate immigrants, community organizations, and the legal sector to continue to build a democratic society that values diversity and the rights of all people.

Our attorneys offer in-person workshops, and webinars for attorneys, government officials, human rights advocates, social service providers, and student on asylum law in general as well as a range of specifc issues that arise in gender-based asylum claims. For individual cases, CGRS provides strategic advice, practice advisories, expert declarations, country conditions reports, briefs and decisions, and referrals to potential experts.

For almost 100 years, the ACLU has worked to defend and preserve the individual rights and liberties guaranteed by the Constitution and laws of the United States.
