I have been using Prima since the first year it started. It's very logical in its setup. I like that the Zapier syncs several platforms to one centralized place. It helps me make sure I don't miss deadlines or anything fall through gaps. The customer service response is lightning fast for times when I need direction. I have used many apps over 20yrs of practice and Prima is the only one I've been able to say that I am very happy with my decision to use it.
